BOOKING CONTRACT 

​​​By submitting this form you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions.

You are giving Kristo Orma Photography all rights to use your images for any form of advertising, social media, websites etc.

 

You and other parties of the photography session are not to take images with mobile phone/camera at any time of the shoot.

​

You understand that the turn around time from the photography session to your online gallery is between 2-4 weeks unless already advised of any longer waits due to peak times of the year.

​

You agree that printing and full usage of the images provided is permitted but under any circumstances you do not edit, crop, manipulate or add filters to the images in any way. 

​

You agree that full payment of your photography session is due on or before the day of your session.

​

You understand that you have 3 weeks for you to choose your images from your online gallery before it will expire or a fee of $25 will apply to re upload your online gallery. ​
